This privacy policy explains how FoxFit Digital ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Fox Fit PT Ltd, a company based in the United Kingdom, collects, uses and protects your information. It applies to our website foxfitdigital.com and to all of our brands, including Eco Home Hacks UK, FoxCore AI, FoxCore Shield, Tartan Lullaby and Chunk It Up, and to our shops on third-party marketplaces such as Etsy.

We use the Pinterest API to publish and schedule our own organic pins that link to our own products and content. This use is limited to our own Pinterest business account: we read and write only our own boards and pins. We do not collect, store or process personal data belonging to other Pinterest users through the Pinterest API, and we do not use it for advertising or for any third-party purpose. Our use of Pinterest is also governed by the Pinterest Privacy Policy.
We rely on a small number of reputable processors to run our business, each governed by its own privacy policy: Systeme.io (email), Cloudflare (website hosting and security), Pinterest (organic social publishing), Etsy and Amazon (marketplaces and affiliates), and Google (search and analytics). We share only the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
We use your information to send the emails you asked for, to fulfil and support orders, to understand how our content performs in aggregate, and to comply with our legal obligations. Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are your consent (for marketing emails) and our legitimate interests (for running and improving the site).
We keep email-subscription data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We keep order-related records only as long as required for accounting and legal purposes.
